RETURNS

We want you to experience an essence of happiness every time you smell or see your Drive Essence products. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please let us know in the first instance by emailing info@drive-essence.co.uk

  1. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to return your goods within 14 days of purchase, providing they are within their original packaging and your product has not been opened. If you have opened your product, you may be offered a credit note. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 5 working days. We will also notify you the status of your refund.
  4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@drive-essence.co.uk
